Brief Introduction
Oil pump stator is a basic component of oil pump, which co-work with the inner rotor or gear.
We manufactured it by sintering (Powder metallurgy) technology.
The advantages of PM stator are high efficiency, lower cost, more stable quality, because the
sizes provide by mould.
We do the finishing of two ends by korean lapping machine, the possible runout could be 0.03-0.05 mm.
Density: 6.4-7.0 g/cm³
